With the current "liquids" requirments when flying was not happy to find NO shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Little foil sachets would have been fine. No face cloth and NO room service in spite of my leaving a "Tidy my room" request on the door knob. The welcome letter refered to the restaurant opening for breakfast at 6:30am - It didn't open at all and there was no sign or explanation. I booked at this resort because of my partners favourable review of the Tweed Heads resort.
BIG MISTAKE! the two cannot be compared.
Book Outrigger Resort - Burleigh Heads, or Broadbeach - Burleigh Heads Accommodation and Hotels.
